Cancellation & No Refund Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If a scheduled appointment is canceled by the client, missed, delayed due to client unavailability, cannot be completed because incorrect information was provided, or the client fails to appear at the scheduled location and time, the $30.00 Mobile Collection Professional Fee will automatically be forfeited.
Rescheduling Requirement
Any client who wants to reschedule after cancellation, missed appointment, no-show, incorrect location, or client-requested change must pay a new $30.00 Mobile Collection Professional Fee before a new appointment can be scheduled.
No Refunds Will Be Issued For
- Client cancellations
- Missed appointments
- No-shows
- Client-requested rescheduling
- Incorrect address or location information
- Failure to provide required identification or documentation
- Failure to be available at the scheduled time and location
Digital Acknowledgment
By submitting an appointment request, checking the policy acknowledgment box, sending an email appointment request, or using this website, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation and No Refund Policy.
